In the event that a telegram, telex, fax or e-mail message should be used to communicate the withdrawal, this communication tool must in any case be confirmed within 48 hours (forty-eight) following a registered letter with receipt back.

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The consumer who has accepted the offer of WILCO S.r.l. Unipersonale has the right to withdraw within 14 working days from receipt of the product by registered letter with return receipt to be sent to WILCO S.r.l. Unipersonale, via Manzoni, 16 - 24020 Ranica (BG), without the exercise of this right having to be justified, and without the result of any prejudicial or in any way unfavorable consequences for it.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:
- For goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer,
- For services, from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
The consumer will not be able to exercise this right for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or change rapidly.
If the delivery of the goods has taken place, the consumer is required to return (with expenses to be paid by him) within 14 days (the postmark is valid) starting from the day of receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal cannot also be exercised if the product has been damaged, or used, or clearly personalized for the customer.
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an e-mail to WILCO S.r.l. Unipersonale and subsequently return the goods at its expense to the address indicated by the reply email that it will receive from WILCO S.r.l. Unipersonale. The goods must be sent within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the reply email. The product must be carefully packed in order to avoid any possible damage. All goods purchased in their original packaging must also be returned to the sender-supplier.
Once the goods have been received, WILCO S.r.l. Unipersonale will forward the amount paid within 14 days. If the said amount has been paid by credit card WILCO S.r.l. Unipersonale will credit the same amount through the issuing institution to the consumer.
